TREGARDOCK BEACH |
||
![]() Tregardock has no beach at high tide. As the tide goes out several small beaches merge into a single stretch of sand. The largest part of the beach is on the south but this gets cut off from the footpath when the tide comes in. Check the tide times so that you don't get stranded when the tide comes in! West facing with protection from northerly winds. Overlooking the beach is a pyramid-shaped hill called The Mountain. Access Take the B3314 to Delabole. South of Delabole, take the turning to Treligga (NB. Not Treligga Downs). Take second left off the Treligga road signposted to Caragon Park along the side of the road near Tregardock and follow the footpath (about half a mile) down to the beach.
