Lusty Glaze Beach

Lusty Glaze Beach is surrounded by high cliffs and the beach has fine, golden sand and a secluded charm that makes it a safe option for holiday makers and locals alike. The privately owned beach is open to the public 365 days a year. It is patrolled during the summer months by lifeguards from the National Beach Lifeguard Training Centre, which is located at Lusty Glaze.

From Lusty Glaze Road in Newquay take the long set of steps down the cliffs to the back of the beach from next to the Glendorgal Hotel.

Swimming & Surfing
Lusty Glaze can hold some good waves at the right state of the tide, too high and its chaos, too low and it closes out, keep an eye on it and you may get it good one day!
