LUNDY BAY (EPPHAVEN COVE & LUNDY HOLE)

Lundy Bay, which includes Epphaven Cove, is a small rocky beach that becomes a larger sandy beach when the tide goes out and the two beaches join around Pennywilgie Point.
Lundy Hole refers to the sea cave to the west of the bay, which has collapsed and forms a hole through the cliff.
Just off the minor road between New Polzeath and Porteath (where there is the Bee Centre) via footpath opposite NT car park. There is a path down to Epphaven further east along the coast path but this is not an easy descent.
