Mawgan Porth beach

Mawgan Porth is a large, flat and sandy beach that is west-facing. The beach is between two steep headlands. During low tide there are a number of caves and rock outcrops that are accessible. On the south side of the beach there is a river that flows out to the sea. Mawgan Porth is a popular beach with families and surfers.

Eassy access to the beach from the B3276 (Padstow to Newquay).

Toilets, beach shops, a cafe, a pub, a petrol station and a surf school with hire facilities. Lifeguard from 21st May to 25th September.

Large car park opposite the beach on the B3276.
